Prior to use of the RS-4i® Plus, RS Medical employs a baseline questionnaire (adapted from the Defense and Veterans Center for Integrative Pain Management) evaluating a patient’s pain and spasms in relation to activity, sleep, mood, and stress. At 30 days of device utilization, the questionnaire is resubmitted to document patient progress.

The follow-up questionnaires show significant improvement in levels of pain.
